Another Free Resource for Stress Busting !


The research on mindfulness is compelling and it has been shown to be helpful to all sorts of people including those suffering from chronic pain.

I used it as part of my counselling training when I wanted to know more about mindfulness but couldn't afford a course or another book!

I practise mindfulness myself, especially in traffic jams and on days when nothing seems to go right. If you've never tried it, might be worth a look !
