Ten Ways to Relieve Stress


I saw this little quote and thought it so apt for this week's theme of stress relief. Lots of us are very busy and stressed by things we can't change, so here are ten things you can do for yourself.

1) Go for a walk outside.

2) Take 10 deep breaths.

3) Stroke a pet.

4) Phone a friend.

5) Have a bath.

6) Take a nap.

7) Read a book.

8) Listen to music.

9) Laugh at a joke.

10) Count your blessings.

Whatever you do, don't go shopping !
