Well I am pleased to be able to report that my transaction with www.leftovercurrency.com was a complete success. I only sent them the coins on Wednesday and already I have had an email telling me what the coins are worth and promising to have the amount in my bank account by next week.
I am impressed by the speed and the fact that they will exchange coins, which no-one else appears to want. The rate is not too bad either ! So well worth trying if you have some loose currency from various holidays knocking around at home. They also take out of date coins, but not UK ones.
